3 simple reasons...

1) you never get back what you paid for it, and the place that sells the used copy will make a profit. Knowing that irks me. Pay 60, get back 10, see it on shelf for 30 isn't good math, but then again i guess you would have to care for it to matter.

2) i continue to fool myself into believing i will get to replay them all.

3) i buy games i am guaranteed to love so it's not a burden keeping them.

This. You're better off going to Craigslist to trade your games for other games in an actual fair 1 to 1 game ratio etc.

Most games I buy have endless replay value. Sadly they are mostly sports games.
