If the PS4 is more PC like, what are the chances we can make mods like PC games?

Unreal Tournament mods probably weren't even real mods, either - probably just game types with some different rulesets and such (I think they use "mods" for options in those gametypes in Unreal, right?) I remember the original Unreal Tournament for PC having mods that added random bullet-time spurts in the games, headshots able to be done with any bullet-based weapon, being able to run on the walls, custom player skins and models, custom player voice sets, and... I think a few custom weapons, too?

I had a blast with that game. I remember using a Tekkaman Blade model as my player skin with the SNL Shaun Connery voiceset in botmatches. Nothing says fun like killing a guy and hearing you taunt "My day has come, Trebek!"

Mods wouldn't make it a console anymore.
MMA fan for life.
