I remember playing this game when I was younger and enjoying a lot of it. I was into the Dynasty Warriors type action games and this game had over 50 weapons to unlock based on specific circumstances or locations. It was really fun to look for them all. I had a list from here and was crossing them off as I got them but I don't think I ever got everything. Am I remembering this game too fondly or do other people agree it was very fun and fleshed out for a PS2 game?

I only played the sequel for a bit

It was kinda weird S-E gave up on that series since it had more variety than DW actually.

It was fun to play for the "What the f***" factor, but I have to say it wasn't entirely well made. Fun though.

Yea, I was really hoping for a PS3 version of upgrade. I never played the sequel. I heard it took place way later and with different characters all together so I didn't care.

Air combat sucks, the sequel was a mess.

I remember getting pissed off by the end? boss. So many rings and I just couldn't do it. I probably could do it now though. Otherwise fun game.

Play NieR. It's a sequel to one of the endings of Drakengard. And it's pretty awesome.

Seriously? It's in the same universe and everything?

And to the others about the flying: I enjoyed that part of the game just as much. It was great to be in a level where I could switch between the two and just destroy everything in my path. Complete satisfaction.

its pretty terrible. The game is repetitive, and battles are too drawn out. You can switch from dragon to on foot combat which is cool but combat is always pretty bland.

id rate it 3.5/10
