Hiring Ellen Page? I don't see anyone complaining when Actors/Actresses are used as models and VAs in other games? What's so special about Cage?

There was also great replay value because once you know how it ends, there are very specific events you can alter like make sure the killer gets away scott free or see how things progress with playable characters killed off, or put characters in really bad (well worse) situations.

That blurb sounded amazing before the game came out, but replaying the game made it clear how little variation there was to the game.
