Is 60 dollars a game too much? If so what price should games be?

Bunch of kids in this topic.

Mommy and Daddy must have cut them off, and they are relying on birthday money from grandma to buy their games.

I remember paying $85 for some SNES games brand new. Chrono Trigger being one of them.
If you have the term "Official ___ of the __ board" in your signature, you probably hate yourself and don't realize you can't cosplay on boards. GTFO!

That's nothing. Phantasy Star II on SEGA Genesis was $100, so was PSIII, and IV.

Street Fighter II on SNES was $90.

That makes the $60 price tag for most new games pale in comparison and yes I remember some Geneis,SNES games that were over $70.

So you heard that a game was going to suck, and therefore feel sorry for those who bought it? Then run around saying that it's a bad game?
Makes me wonder how many people actually played FF13.

Doesn't matter how much, I wait for price drops regardless.

I recall I payed a lot for my yoshi's island 2 copy back in the day.

People that don't remember how much a game cost back then were too young or not born yet to remember.
