Old games with servers still online and people playing? I'd eventually see a few people playing both Killzone games, most during weekends (some months ago).

Black Ops II is pretty crowded (older kid plays it a lot). Ghost Recon Future Soldier has an interesting multiplayer and up to 6 months ago, an active community.

Sports games like FIFA 17 and PES 2017 are still very crowded.

Borderlands games are also crowded, but as it adjust random people who can join / be joined according to your level, you will eventually have trouble if you're in a level range that no one else is.

Good to know! I was thinking about getting into them again!

I just got the original Borderlands from the recent Humble Bundle. Is it worth a serious playthrough and still populated as well?

It's TOTALLY worth a full playthrough. I'd say you should make your first playthrough alone, or with someone that will certainly play through all the game with you (split screen or not). For going solo, Roland is the best guy, scorpio turrets are a big help.

You can only join / be joined by random people who is about the same level as you, or by your PSN friends (regardless of level in this case). I haven't played this in a few weeks, but I am assuming this is still populated and should have some new players from the humble bundle.

I have a goty edition copy, so I own all DLC, if I had to pick one, it would be the armory one, worth it for Crawmerax alone. The others are good too.

Just a warning, being an old game, Borderlands has a lot of people using modded items. That means: weapons that one-shot everything, infinite shileds that make you immortal (except if you go out of bounds). Those modders usually give away their modded stuff to anyone they come across. You can pick them up, the only downside is that you'll have a couple missions impossible to complete on your list

Sweet. That's good to know. The story was entertaining enough in Borderlands 2, so it'll be fun to follow along with it in the original, but my primary concern is having to suffer through less refined mechanics. I've got a mate I can probably bring in for some solid co-op action too.

Great sig, by the way.

Oh, so you did watch the video? How many time you could keep watching that? LOL
That's how I feel when browsing PS4 boards. Too much stupidity in there, because all kids moved on. PS3 boards are cool

I still find matches in Tekken 6 and TT2. If you're into the series they are both worth playing. Just a heads up though, most of the people still playing have had a lot of practice, so finding a match with someone of your skill level is rare if you're a beginner.

Since I noticed your sig a couple of weeks ago, I've probably spent half an hour commutatively watching it. It's... entrancing.
