I originally wanted my build to have max life steal. But since they go down the crapper at higher levels, they're not worth it.
So I'm thinking about Life on Hit.
Say you have 500 Life on Hit. Does this mean every INSTANCE of damage you deal heals you by 500 (or a fraction thereof due to balance issues)? Even the tiny ticks that Sweeping Wind does? If so it really is turning out that Life on Hit can become like the regen used by the no-vit/force armor wizards back then (assuming of course you have sufficient DR and HP).
Also, if you can amass that much LoH, I'm imagining it'll get nerfed soon. Since we saw Life Steal get that much disability.
