Howdy, i've seen in screenshots that sotn on this has a border around it when being played. I was wondering if this can be turned off/adjusted so that the game fits the full screen.

Not legitmately. The only options you have are a small screen and a scaled screen, neither of which actually fit the widescreen the PSP has.

You can get SoTN in fullscreen, but you have to hack your PSP in order to do so.
