I downloaded the demo while waiting for the game to go on sale on Steam, and noticed that in the PC Settings menu, you can only set the graphical settings to Low, High, or Super-High, with no Medium setting (shadows, textures, and overall quality are the options). However, when I play the game, my framerate hovers under 60 fps (close to 50 mostly), but I'm used to playing DMC games at 60. I kept vsync off for the benchmark test, but I know I'll be playing with it on, since I hate screen tearing.

Does the final game have a medium setting?
