So you have debuffs like bleed/burn etc... Condition Damage raises the dmg they caused for example: Burn ticks for 100 for 3 seconds that's 33 each tick... If you have lets say +100 condition damage you'll gain 20 on that 100 total dmg so it ticks for 40 dmg each tick.

the damage that your conditions do. conditions are basically debuffs, things like Bleed, Poison, Cripple, etc. the little red icons under the enemy health bar are conditions that it currently has (if any).

I think he was asking if Condition Damage+ augmented Confusion damage.
Also, dodging doesn't work. The moment you use a skill, you'll take damage. The only way to avoid this is to dodge before the completion of the skill, but then your skill isn't used. The most you can do is either deal with the damage or limit your use of skills to minimize damage.
