Not that im complaining. Just got the game and I love it....but it seems like every time I get a COD game, I expect them to have finally implemented something besides manual cover..

Because CoD is supposed to be pretty fast paced. A cover system would slow things down a lot.

manual cover system reminds me alot about Counter-Strike. One of the greatest FPSs of all time.
Its fine the way it is.

I'd hate it if it was third person. I'd love to see a well-implemented first person sticky cover system. The rest of the game is completely first person, cover should be as well.

Because it is a call of duty game.

And what's wrong with manual cover? It's better in my opinion.

It's Call of Duty, not Rainbow Six Vegas.

I should also mention that the whole cover system is only good when it comes to Gears of War.

Call of Duty= FPFPS (fast pace first person shooter)

Gears of War: FHAS (futuristic hide and seek)
I'm not trying to get into your pants.... I'm trying to take them off.

You know what would be great, a little indicator that shows you how much of your body is covered or behind cover. You know those times you thought you were covered but got killed which seemed to be in plain sight, that would be great.

But then your back is always exposed. Bad idea.
