Tomb Raider: Underworld made free-to-play as browser game, via Square Enix's Core Online http://www.neoseeker.com/forums/38315/t1807954-tomb-raider-underworld-made-free-to-play-as-browser-game-via-square-enixs-core-online/
Looking for free games? Try Tomb Raider: Underworld then, a game recently made available as a free-to-play through Square Enix's Core Online service. The service also has a few other Eidos console games available, all playable through your browser for free. No need to worry about crappy Internet either, because Core Online actually pre-loads games rather than stream them.
The catch is these free versions do have ads, which will pop up roughly every 20 minutes. You do have an option to remove ads by paying a fee or just gritting your teeth and sitting through them. There are two payment options; one has players pay a larger sum to remove all ads from the game, and the other allows players to purchase ad-free game time.
