Keelah Se'lai -saying, might (due to the apostrophe possibly indicating verb-noun conjugation) mean something like "Go with God." or "God is great.", or more likely, "God Willing".

That's highly unlikely, as the Quarians have a society that is based around ancestor worship. Tali also uses it as a cuss on a semi-regular basis, so it's something along the lines of "Ancestors preserve us", with the shortened version of it being used as a cuss similar to when someone says "Jesus Christ" in a manner that isn't praising a certain religious zombie.

I copy pasted from Mass Effect Wiki. Plus, if memory serves, the Quarians USED to do Ancestry worship. That was before the Geth exiled them as after the war, the Geth destroyed all the VI programs containing the ancestor persona.
