I'm looking to do a renegade run for an ME3 lead up. Is it still possible for everyone to survive the final events?

If so, are there any pitfalls to watch out for? As in loyalty, or plot events etc... I'm not opposed to making the odd paragon choice here or there but I want to keep it mostly renegade.

Don't worry about spoilers, I've played all the games through several times.

Strictly Renegade? possible, but very difficult. There are a few loyalty missions where the Renegade options results in you not gaining their loyalty(Tali's, Samara's and Thane's come to mind) unless you have a high enough renegade level to use the intimidate options.

Of course; even if you don't get their loyalty; it's still possible to have the unloyal members to survive the SM. If enough of the crew are loyal and you make the right choices.

I'm doing a full Renegade playthrough right now and barring any unforeseen complications I don't see why I can't get everyone out alive.

Spoilers ahead!!

-As long as you don't refuse to do them outright the loyalty missions of Miranda, Jacob, Garrus, Jack, Kasumi and Zaeed can be easily completed going full Renegade and gain their loyalty. Zaeed's mission is actually easier if you take the Renegade path. Just be warned that Miranda and Jack will get into a fight once their Loyalty missions are done. If you don't use Intimidate to calm them down you will lose one of their loyalties.

-Thane's can be easy to complete. Use Intimidate at the start of the interrogation or just use all the Renegade interrupts. Don't lose track of Kolyat. You can bring him in by skipping the Paragon Interrupt and shooting Kolyat's hostage.

-As long as you don't scare Morinth away and use all the Intimidate options when you are alone with her you will be able to choose between Samara and Morinth. Pick Morinth for the Renegade points. As long as you are making plenty of Renegade decisions elsewhere the Paragon points you get from siding with Samara won't hurt your Renegade status too much.

-For Tali just use Intimidate every step of the way during the trial. You'll get the Renegade points and you'll keep Tali from being exiled and she'll be loyal.

-What do you plan to do with Legion? I haven't gotten to this part yet but I plan to sell him to Cerberus. By my calculations it is still possible to get everyone out alive without him.

I posted a "Surviving the Suicide Mission" guide on this board some time ago. Use the search bar to find it. I think all the steps inside can still be followed if you are a Renegade. The only Paragon decision you may want to make is to send an escort back with Chakwas and the others.
