Everything on the lowest settings possible with Definition [ON], getting about 22-25 FPS with a lot of people/cars on the screen and 32-35 FPS when just moving through the landscape with not a lot of people around.

800x600 was the testing resolution for this. Frames drop by 2 or so every time you increase the resolution by one setting.
