dont push the lane, and don't allow it to be pushed. Keep the creeps fighting in one specific area, preferably near your remaining tower (but not close enough that the tower is stealing cs)

Generally this is done when a lane loses its outer turret fairly early.

When the enemy kills all of your minions before you kill theirs, the minions naturally start moving forward again towards your tower. If you let them, they'll go all the way to the turret and take turret damage, which will reset the lane by killing them all before the next wave arrives.

However, if you stand just outside of the turret's range and "tank" the minions for a bit, the lane will stop short of the tower. You only have to tank until your next wave of minions arrive. At that point, if you're good at last hitting, the wave will sit close to your tower for several waves, giving you safe access to farm. Meanwhile, your opponent has to either wait for you to reset the lane or has to go after minions that are really far into the lane, making them susceptible to a gank.
Signatures that consist of quotes are bizarre- you could falsify a quote and no one would know.-Jesus
