Lulu, Sona, Taric
Fairy charm, 1 Vision Ward, 2 Green Wards, 1 Pot of your choice, Biscuit

Leona
HP Pendant, 1 Vision Ward, 2 Green Wards, 1 Pot of your choice, Biscuit

This is what always works best for me. I immediately build into a Sighstone after the Philo though. Vision Warding the bush is basically winning the lane in this meta.

Start with 50 extra gold, the stupid biscuit thing (free health and mana, why not), and a 60-sec ward.

Start Rejuvenat bead, faerie charm, 2 wards.

I guess you could also go flask, 2 wards, 1 vision ward. But helping with early philo is great.

On Taric I like to start faerie charm/wards since mana is an issue early and I feel like it helps more than the mana from the flask and I have a heal anyway. Then I get philo, boots, then sightstone.
Procrastinate because if the world ends tomorrow you won't have to do it.
