Depends on who im playing with, if its my buddies and i we usually experiment a little.

Never unless I need fwotd and I feel like I would have to in order to win.

Normals is for having fun and it's not like the other side is playing optimally anyways (or maybe just my normal queue Elo is bad /shrug).

Only if I'm with friends or I'm really fed and the enemy team has a really low chance of winning.

Warmorgs/Frozen Mallet/Atma's Impaler Vayne, etc

I usually stick with "optimal" builds in SR, unless i've already tried out said build in a custom/bots and liked it.
