How does one sex Cass or Nami through intercourse?
Well, if you really want to know...
Neither fish nor reptiles have the same reproductive organs or methods as mammals do. For most species of fish, the female lay the eggs, and then the males fertilize them in the nest or wherever else they are. I would imagine in Nami's case intercourse would involve her in the den watching tv with you in the bedroom surrounded by eggs and left to your own devices. Although if you were married, she'd probably either like you enough or feel obligated to help in some way.
Reptiles only have one opening for intestinal, reproductive, and urinary purposes called a Cloaca. And it's near the tip of their tail. So I suppose you can imagine how that would turn out, with the exception that Cass is going to be far more sour about the whole affair since unlike Nami she's had the good kind of sex before. I'd suppose that she would likely hate the entire ordeal unless you did something to make it up for her, which should also be easy to figure out considering which human female organs she still has.
Either way, you're in for a rough night. Snakes and fish weren't really designed to be lovers for people...
You sir, have completely forgoten about the monotremes. The elusive and awesome platypus copulates via cloaca.
