Why do people watch the north american teams? They aren't competitive.

They aren't playing and practicing to win. They don't pick up the overpowered heros, and they don't adopt the most dominant strategies.

They're definitely not the most competitive group of teams, but they certainly do practice. Most teams scrim and just don't stream it. However, I agree that top champion picks and strats take way too long to make their way to North America.

The NA scene seems more like an entertainment/reality show scene. More drama, more personal, etc, but not the best quality play.

TF has something close to a 100% pick/ban rate in korea. How many TFs do you see in NA?

Well they do play the OP heroes, it's just the overall skill level and coordination just isn't anywhere close to truly great teams from Korea/China/EU etc.
