Just as useful as his old passive in a different way?

In my honest opinion its crap, If you dont get a kill for a while you essentially dont have a passive. Its a neat idea, it suits his style, but I think its not very good. Could just be me though
I look forward to the day a chicken can cross the road without his motives being questioned.

To be honest the old passive wasn't pretty much nonexistent except for early game where Draven pretty much dominates regardless, and even then it was just extra damage.

its ok, it hurts his actual lane domination, which was needed, but doesn't kill it, and if he farms decently well, and doesn't die, he can get some decent gold returns, which can make him strong.

it removed some early game strength while giving him snowball potential.

spinning axes can still outtrade a lot of situations, it also gives him greater harass under tower. Obviously he won't be as strong, it was a chunk of damage he lost.

Weaker early game. Easier to poke under tower later. Makes him snowball like an absolute monster, though, when he gets 200+ extra gold before level 6 from a double kill which is like 3 creep waves worth.

If he gets a kill I'm sure it's much better. Getting that early kill is much harder seeing has you lost like close to a bf sword in damage from his passive dot.

They should Assists make it trigger aswell.
300g stacked up and you get 150 on kill, get me 75 on assist, least they could do IMO
