Got to my Gold promos again, sure enough there was an afk, every lane losing as I jungle blaming me, two games where I did carry and one where I didn't and the 0/8/0 Alistar reminded me about it every second of the rest of the match. It really didn't help that my jungle Jarvan fed double buffs to my enemy laner at level three, who was Tryndamere, and then I was snowballed on, dove every chance Tryn got to.

After my promos failed, I played a game hoping for something different just to get a feeding Ahri to a Yasuo and a Pantheon top who refused to group only to die every time he was at their tier two tower. I was Silver 1 45LP when I started ranked today, and now quite hilariously I'm Silver 1 45LP at the end of the day.

How do you deal with that feel?
I'm watching Akame ga Kill! Not a bad anime, it's doing a really good job of following the manga and, while it is a bit fast paced to match the manga, is really done well. Some scenes are just pure eye candy.
Liquid Nitrogen is dangerous because it can freeze anything in seconds, which begs the question... Will it blend?

I just don't play at all. Log on to other websites. Personally, I don't like anime that much
Nihilism was never my cup of tea.

I don't ever remember "tilt" being used until I heard Nightblu3 use it on stream this morning

Stop playing ranked once you can't gain elo easily.

Just get better in normals. I don't know about you, but losing streaks in ranked make me feel awful. Recently I was in my promos to Plat I and went on a huge losing streak and got Gold III. Some of it was my fault, and some of it was awful luck with teammates, but it didn't matter because it gave me a similar feeling to losing too much money at blackjack.

Once you start playing normals, losses don't matter (at least to me). Sure there will be stomps, or games where you go 3-0 in lane and the rest of your team is 0-20, but you can just /ff20 those and move on. All that matters in normals is did YOU get better.

If you're just chasing an arbitrary ranking and not having fun, then what's the point? Learn some new champs, master the ones you know or learn a new role, and come back to ranked in a week or two when you have a clear head.

Stop playing and take a break.
You are now blinking and breathing manually.

Stop playing, and go outside for a bit.
Tell myself I did my best, so it's whatever.
Listen to a good song or two.
Start playing again the next day or the day after, and own everyone again.

Works every time.

if you lose 1 game take a few mins to chill. browse the web
if you lose 2 or more take an extended break

always think about how you couldve improved
and remember you will likely get a winning streak to balance it out anyway
