Quinn's passive no longer applies harrier to targets after a set time & now harrier active is attached to Quinn's skills. Q & E are the same. W now applies harrier to the nearest enemy revealed & R applies harrier upon de-activation on the nearest enemy hit by skystrike.

Quinn's passive now treats Quinn as a melee champion despite being ranged. So she can now use melee only items like ravenous hydra & she gets the stronger effects of items & abilities that are weaker on ranged champions (like duskblade, botrk, fervor, etc).

Would Quinn now be too strong, would she be weaker, or would she be perfectly balanced. Your thoughts?
Kayn is the best champion Riot ever created. Just give him a skin with his Scythe made out of Ice & Water & I will be set. Easily 1-trick material.
