SPECIAL set up depends entirely on the type of character you want to make.

It's already been answered.


It depends on what weapons you want to use. Personally, don't really care for the heavier weapons. For guns, I'm willing to take weapon handling for the amr. For energy weapons...good to go I guess.

What I use. Works well enough. If you're doing different things, you may need to alter it. A shame renegade's thread isn't up still.

That's pretty much the setup I use for every weapon type other than melee.
