And for you, I have good news. If you’re concerned that the new level cap increases will make the game too easy for you, I've got a couple things to note:
1) Congratulations on being hardcore 2) Old World Blues will offer a new trait (and respec your traits if you've already chosen them) that will allow you to cap your level at 30 (or current level if you’re already over 30).
I think it's possible it will cap at 40. That way someone could get only 2 of the DLC and still reach the maximum levels; it will probably just not allow you to go above Level 40 if you already can get there, when you download future add-ons. That's why some of the perks added aren't based on levelling, like the armour ones in Dead Money. My opinion anyway.
Wow... I've got intelligence on 10 (ran to the clinic at level 1), educated and comprehension. Managed to also grab all skill books, including dead money's. I've got all my skills on 100, bar a couple. Unarmed (50) Melee (65) Lockpick (80) and Sneak (90)
If I'm getting another 15 levels, I guess I can take off a few points off intelligence on future playthroughs. Save myself a perk or two aswell.
I can do anything I want. I'm eccentric! RAOWR http://myfacewhen.com/285/
