Uxie

It's faster than Bronzong while still being very bulky and it can U-turn to set-up sweepers or use Memento to give a free switch to one of your sweepers. Also, it can use Yawn to force switches and cripple your opponents.

Jirachi, it can Wish whatever you need to set up with.

What is a dual screen pokémon?
Soul Silver Friend code: 2794 3548 7008
actually Dragonite is decent as well, but he usually has better things to do than dual screening.
Generally from a dual screener you want
- a maximum amount of bulk
- a maximum amount of resistances
- the ability to explode or U-turn out of the arena after setting up screens.

Bronzong, Jirachi, Uxie all fill this niche quite nicely as has been mentioned by other posters ^_^
I would still say Bronzong is the best as he packs a more powerful explosion and is very difficult to OHKO, and furthermore leaves you guessing between Levitate and Fireproof (if you play with spike support then it makes deducing this easier)
1 Weakness is pretty naughty ¬_¬

Dragonite only gets one screen iirc.

A duel screen pokemon is one that uses Reflect and Light Screen to allow the team's other pokemon to set up more easily. Pokemon like this are often bulky and carry around Light Clay to increase effectiveness. Some example include Uxie, Bronzong, Azelf, Jirachi and even Metagross.

This is true, I don't think he gets reflect. All the less reason to use him as a screener ^_^
