For those of you out there wondering how to clear the PokéWalker (i.e. you wiped your HeartGold/SoulSilver save game), I finally looked in the SoulSilver manual and found the answer on page 51. From the main menu, choose the third option, PokéWalker. On the menu to synchronize the PokéWalker, press the Down, X, and L buttons at the same time. It will then warn that the save data will be erased and cannot be undone. Select the top option (hai) and press and hold the center button on the PokéWalker while highlighting the sync option. Within one second, the device will be reset to its initial state. Too bad I didn't read this part of the main manual until after I had already finished translating half of the PokéWalker manual (which warned not to use gasoline or benzine on it >_<).

Japanese manuels have the strangest warnings.

Also, on another note, would you mind making the ho-oh battle theme on mario paint, I'm a big fan of you.

The Pokewalker manual seemed pretty useless. I checked it to see if it had any tips on how to use the Pokeradar, and nothing. Of course, the game manual did. Figures.

This is good to know, though.

@ thraciep: You are the 14th request for that song so far. (I can't believe I'm getting requests on GameFAQs.)

As for the manual, it was mostly about how to catch wild Pokémon and find items.

Hmm, any tips on the Pokeradar? (I'm not brave enough to try to figure out the instruction booklet, the game's script is more than enough) My last seven attempts to catch a Pikachu failed miserably. >_< Couldn't even get it to select the patch of grass I wanted half the time.
Going to go walk the dog (and my Pidgey) in a bit, so hopefully I can have another go when I get back.
