I know that they're in LA as part of the trading sequence, but I don't think that counts.

Really? I'm almost certain Majora's Mask was the only game in the series to have a large, bee-type enemy. And even then, they're not too bad.

Unless you just mean a swarm of bees in general, and not their appearance.
