So, what exactly is the point of training a class at the drill grounds? Higher stats?

Higher stats like HP and AP and as you reach certain levels you unlock orders and potentials.

Sooo, if i level up a class from 10 to 11, it gives them slightly higher stats, but it doesn't show up on the change-class-menu?

Really, leveling up just raises your health and improves your accuracy as well as evasion. Stuff like attack power and defense comes from the stuff you get in R&D.

Think of the stats in the class change menu as your base stats.

I did some poking around with stats since my last post. I tested out Avan as a Scout and along with Nichol and Helmut.

You really only get +1 or +2 HP from each level up, and Avan seemed to be the only one who gets +3 sometimes. You still want to level them up though.
