Literally must run on low specs for decent FPS

try it on high with uber off and tell use how it plays. depth of field also a fps killer.

Hmm, I had vsync on. So turning it off will help my performance? :P

I'm running fine with it on as far as I noticed.

It always tells me "low settings", even though my computer can run it almost maxed. Most games do that so don't trust them.

Turning off V-sync will improve performance but the screen-tearing will be horrible. I suggest leaving it on.
