Interesting little video I thought some people here might be interested in seeing. It's been messing up around the 2 minute mark for me, so I haven't been able to see the last minute.

's funny, cuz I was replaying The Conduit the other day, and aside from the nice bump mapping and specular, the thing that stood out the most was the animation. It's very theatrical and exaggerated, and is a really important part of the atmosphere...

Glad you liked it! Maybe next time it wont be an "on the spot, me tired" thing so I wont say "um" like 10,000 times :)

it's only until you hear the work process from the developers themselves that you start grasping how much is being put into this....

really Tony, good work. You ask for raise yet?

yeah i agree. I really like videos like this where someone who worked on the game is describing the process a bit.

Tony actually looks REALLY normal. I've always pictured video game designer people like nerdy or weird as hell.

I actually thought that was cute XD

And yes, nerds are people too. The stereotypical D&D nerd with huge glasses and buck teeth is just a stereotype. Most geeks and nerds aren't that annoying.
