Our final known weapon for the WotD series, the Dark Star has been completely untalked about outside of a passing mention about the name and black holes. In the first trailer, we see it shoot blackish bullets that hit, stick, and burn the target, and the newer trailer shows what appears to be a charge shot that flies out slowly (very slowly), falls under gravity, and possibly moves toward targets. The giant ball of blackness hits a surface and sticks, doing splash damage like a Radiation Grenade, but probably more powerful. No evidence of the full ammo count exists to date.
Surely there's no problem with them putting me in Brawl, right? It's ****ing satire, damnit. My quote rocks your socks.
Do you know what would make this weapon epic, if it really is a black hole gun instead of some radiation gun.
What I mean is, potentially since they already have the gravity gun worked out then they know how the gravity physics would work on the weapons, and that would mean that all weapons fired through it would hit nothing but a gravity well while all players trying to jump through it would be sucked in as well.
Translation: perfect door stopper preventing all fire friendly or not, and no one can cross it until it fades.
Y'know, when you think about it, this is kinda like a rad grenade launcher. It fires projectiles that stick to enemies and do damage over time and the black hole can be used to block off areas like the rads.
