I hooked up my Wii to a wired network. Is that better than WiFi?

i think wired is better because wifi can get alot of interferences with the environment it's around.

I've always been told that it is. The Wii can only do up to Wireless N, I think, and I'm sure a wired connection is faster than that.

By Keet yes indeed. WiFi is WiFi.

However, I do believe a wired connection is better than wireless. My router doesn't have enough ethernets (?) to plug in the Wii.
