While I am kinda dissapointed that a new Conduit game wasn't revealed yet, I think this was a pretty smart move. Odd portable thingamadoodad though, but I think its kinda neat. Maybe HVS could earn enough profit to port the games over to other systems, like the Wii U and 3DS?

I'll be honest... "Project shield" looks to be one of the lousiest gaming devices I have seen in forever. Worse than the N-Gauge, if you ask me. And that's saying something.
Why in the world would anybody pay for this thing instead of just buying a android-capable device? I mean, it looks like the only things it can do is Android games and streaming Steam games, but the specs your computer needs to stream the games is way higher than the specs needed to just play them straight from your computer, a much more desirable medium, with a much better control device for everything but platformers.
