I should mention, the version I've used long enough to get a taste of, was the first SD loader release.
Which I'm pretty sure was before I'd even made my gamefaqs acccount.
But from that, and during the time I was following it prior to that. It was just a direction-less mess.
Well, it's quite different now. It's basically just Brawl, with some changes to maps, a closer feel to Melee, characters added back in from Melee (Roy, Mewtwo, Dr. Mario skin for Mario), and a bunch of aesthetics. The meta-game is more projectile heavy than Melee or Brawl, but apparently that's the way the player-base likes it. Some of the pro Brawl & Melee players call it gimmicky, but that is just because there is more alternative strats to learn, and isn't what they are used to (Brawl and Melee's meta-games are both more... monotone than PMs.)
We could do Minecraft, but for some reason I don't think it would last.
That is completely true. PvP is really lousy in MC anyway. The other problem is that, IIRC, Aiden has the 360 version. And no way in hell am I going to get any console edition unless my laptop and desktop both shatter, because of exactly how much better the PC version is.
