Which would you prefer? An ending DLC that could support the InDoc theory and run with it. Or have an entirely new ME3 game that rectifies what the original complaints were: A re-done plot all-together that could either be another original run or based on the original script. It's not uncommon for some games/movies to have Director's Cut that drastically change the plot.
Neither as I don't support the Indoctrination theory and have no desire to pay for 90% or so of the same game twice. Now if they gave us an epilogue dlc to just explain the plot holes and give a glimpse of what happens to the universe in the aftermath of the existing endings I would be all for it. Maybe a cut scene of the combined fleets in Sol building a new mass relay, then showing a scene with the geth and/or quarians doing the same, then a scene to explain how/why the Normandy and your squad got flung to a random garden world and show how they're surviving. Something like that in dlc would be fantastic.
