Post your manifest. If you have all your pre-reckoning Rare weapons and/or Gears maxed, than you're good to go. As for tips, just try it out and see how it feels. It'll be a bit dodgy the first time around, but you'll soon get used to it.
If you have a friend, you can coordinate with one of you using the geth juggernaut to draw aggro while the other uses a high damage class (flamer using classes are a good choice and the geth trooper in particular is a good platinum class). The TGI nd AIU are also platinum friendly classes.
I came in here looking for hair advice ... I am disappointed.
Anyway, using OP builds like the TGI or the AIU is a good place to start.
lol, is Platinum a hair product? or platinum blonde tips? Hair dye?
OT- tc use the above. Don't forget the Geth trooper flamer. Good shotguns to use on AIU are Reegar, Piranha, Claymore, AT-12. All Rares. Wraith is Ultra Rare. Graal does massive damage, but harder to use. Mattock is a fav of mine. If you can't get a Harrier, a Mattock X is a great choice. Lighter, more ammo. Drell Inf. is nice too. Use his mine to increase all damage to enemies. Invasive scan.
And of course, the Kroguard Reegar build can handle anything anywhere. Used him to do solo challenges. max everything, 0 in Carnage.

Pre-Retaliation IMO- I never touch my CSR or AR. But this too.
