I have encountered a glitch, where the Online War Assets I have, do not tally with the actual number of promotions that I have done. These two values are supposed to be exactly the same.
Here is proof that I have done 13 promotions (at the time when I encountered the glitch.)
Here is proof that I only have 9 promotions in the Online War Assets.
They are supposed to be EXACTLY the same. I don't know how the hell could these idiots have gotten this wrong.
It is suspected that this glitch only occurs when you promote multiple classes in succession, one after another. Or if you promote your characters during the time which the Galaxy at War status was not available. (The galaxy at war status was not available for a period of time quite recently.)
Unfortunately, I have not been able to successfully recreate this glitch.
I have asked EA Help several times. They absolutely refused to do anything about it. They just redirected me to somewhere, and the email they gave me wasn't even working!
I would like to ask. Has anyone here encountered the same glitch?
I can guarantee you, aoe only REDUCES the chances of being dodged by the enemy, NOT PREVENT.
This is especially so over long distances. I tried the high ledge at White base. They can still dodge it at times even though. The shorter the distance, the less likely they are able to dodge it.
For geth, their dodge is faster, so it makes it even worse.
But yes, it is true. Without an AOE effect, enemies can easily dodge it, unless it hits them before they roll. Anyway, the AOE will only work if you aim it from slightly above their heads, like you said.
