The coordinate code wheel puzzle just isn't registering in my brain, and the advice makes no sense to me. help!!!

look at the opposite sides of the wheel and see if you notice anything

Could someone explain what the hell are you supposed to go after with this?
The advice made no sense and the correct answer wasn't even logical.

Sure, You see if you look at the original numbers ( i believe it was 20 and 33 ) they are nowhere to be choosen. And those are part of the main coordinate/code, not what your trying to figure out. Seeing that the numbers were all going up in order from 0 > 48... you can see that the blank spaces HAVE to be those 2 because they are used in the actual main code you use to figure out the part you work on...

Hard to explain really but if you think about it its simple
Ive had both an Xbox 360 and PS3 break, there are no superior consoles, except N64, that was pretty sweet.
