are any of them gameplay or just cutscenes?

They were cut scenes/trailers/tech demos. From what Ive' read you could not play these. The only thing you could do was move around the analog stick to move the camera, so it could show off the 3D. But they are all real time, so close enough.

Pre-rendered via the in-game engine, so a bit like the cut scenes in Metal Gear Solid, which look better than in-game visuals but not terribly so.
