Maybe. You can turn it off, though.

Perhaps, but the lack of glasses lessens the dangers quite a bit.

This is no Virtual Boy, if that's what you're thinking.

Looking at anything close for long periods can ruin your eyes. Take breaks between every hour and you should be fine.

I bet those Health Warnings screens will be popping up in every game or every time you start up the 3DS.
