The games would be super immersive.......
so basically, throw the 3ds' screen on top of this:

Why not combine it with the gyroscope/accelerometer too?

I don't think it would work too well. Why? Because the 3D effect requires your eyes to be in a particular "zone". This means that if you move your eyes from the correct zone, then the 3D effect would be lost.
