I remember playing super mario 64ds and getting frustrated because there was no analog stick. Problem solved =). Though I guess we don't know if it will be comfortable or not yet.

From the live demos and tech reviews it seems that it's very good. Slippage is not a problem and it works just as well as a normal analog stick (it's actually a slide pad).

The analog stick worked quite well and was very comfortable. My only concern is that it put the d-pad quite a bit lower on the unit. Not sure how that's going to feel during long playing sessions with games that use the d-pad.

Well, it looks to be a similar distance to the d-pad and analog stick on GC controllers no?

I read somewhere that Nintendo is pushing developers into using it.
So bad, not even Naruto would believe it.
