TC is referring to the narrow viewing angle of the 3DS's 3D effect, not whether the accelerometer, gyroscope, and camera will enable motion-based controls or viewing perspectives. If we tilt the system beyond the viewing angle, which is said to be relatively narrow, the 3D effect/illusion will disappear.

With the Motion Sensor and Gyro Sensor, you will be able to move the system and look around, if the game calls for it. It has Accelerometers and a Gyro sensor like a Wii remote with WM+ attached.

Revisit, on your Wii, a time when games were only finished by the best, and only the best games got finished.
