As some may know Overstock.com had a pricing system glitch this morning, and a variety of items were listed at far below retail.

As of yet, these orders are still "processing" and have not yet been cancelled. It is still highly unlikely to ship however, they probably just spent the day trying to sort the mess out. We should know for sure the results of all of this tomorrow.

Here's a real update via OS's twitter: http://twitter.com/Overstock

We have had to cancel some orders today on items that have pricing errors. We’ll refund and email everyone affected. Our apologies.

This just in too, ironically. Spoke to a representative, the orders are to be cancelled shorty unfortunately. Did not ask the exact reason for the wonky pricing however, I am just assuming a glitch,

But alas, no second 3DS to profit from with Craigslist.

I always thought it was the law that if they had a item listed at a certain price, it has to sell at that price.

Funny that people are irate and indignant about this. Like a company is going to take a $200 loss and basically give them a free 3DS. Recognize a mistake as a mistake, stay in reality, and realize you aren't getting it at that price. No harm was done to you, you just didn't get to capitalize on someone's mistake.
