Do people not remember the Virtual Boy? It had like 6 games, it price dropped in stores because they wanted it to go away, and it died.
The 3DS right now is selling slowy. It still has a bunch of core franchises that at worst, people will but the system for. It's not going to sell as much, OMG. What will i do?
The 3DS is going to be around awhile. If you start seeing core franchises cancelled be worried. If Pokemon goes multi platform, be worried. If a Capcom, or Sega, etc. says they will not longer make games, be worried. If Level 5 or another heavy Nintendo supporter goes to SOny, be worried.
Nintendo will still make money if the 3DS sells less. They just won't make money hand over foot.
Unless you were a stockholder, i'm not sure why people are so worried. The 3DS isn't goign anywhere for a while. If it totally bombs, we might not get our NEXT (after this one) system - maybe Nintendo will leave that market. BUt that's not now.
The virtual boy shipped DOA, and was gone soon after. I fail to see any parallels. Some of you do, but that's because you seem programmed to whine like little girls.

Yeah, but in the 1990's 770,000 was worth what 4.2 million is today.
I just wanted to prove just how horribly horribly wrong you are sir. I mean seriously wrong you are. in 1990 770,000 was worth exactly 1,285, 238.79 cents. that is a difference of 2,914,761.21. I don't think you can get much more wrong than that...
I am nobody, nobody is perfect, therefore, I am perfect. Now playing Lego Batman, Lego PotC, Okamiden, WindWaker, Xenosaga, L.A. Noire
