A little pretending. What if they offered 30 games, across NES, SNES, and GBA?

Super Metroid and Earthbound alone would satisfy me.

Actually Metroid Zero Mission comes with the NES version of Metroid, thats why he never mentioned it underneath NES is cause it comes with Zero Mission after you beat ZM, you unlock the original NES Metroid.

Never played Fire Emblem or Advance Stars. Don't know if they're good.
Then again, i've been saying the same things about Phoenix Wright: AA and when i started playing it this year, i couldn't get off my DSi XL

Your list has most of what I'd want, actually. With a few changes:

NES:

The Legend of Zelda
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
Metroid
Megaman
Megaman 2
Punch-Out!!
Castlevania
Super Mario Bros.
Super Mario Bros. 2
Super Mario Bros. 3

Super NES:

Kirby Super Star
Super Mario World
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest
F-Zero
Super Mario Kart
Super Metroid
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Star Fox
Super Punch Out

Gameboy Advance:

The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
Megaman Battle Network
Megaman Battle Network 2
Megaman Battle Network 3
Pokémon Emerald
Fire Emblem
Metroid Fusion
Metroid: Zero Mission
Golden Sun
Golden Sun 2

That would be my dream list.

Too difficult to straight emulate; I doubt we'll ever see an eShop Nintendo 64 game.
Playing: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Alice in Wonderland (DS), Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey

What? You want Mischief Makers? Hm, yes. I like that idea.

If they did that, I'd have zero complaints. Right now I'm still a little iffed because Cosco is selling them at the new price, Best Buy plans on price matching (knowing what people will do) and Amazon is selling them at $216. The part of me that feels jipped for being an early adopter wishes Nintendo set the cut-off date for Ambassadors on the day of the PR but the rest of me feels immature for feeling that.
