SNES is highly likely seeing as we are getting GBA game in some fashion. Can't speak on anything else.

I really want some Megaman X action...

I could never beat it as a child but I know that I would kick that games ass now!

Nintendo wants the 3DS to focus on handheld games while the Wii and Wiiu focus on console games

The only reason we're getting NES games on the 3DS is because they're iconic of Nintendo and easy to remake into 3D games.

Duh, where have you been for the last (around) 10 years? Nintendo and SEGA haven't been in competition since the Dreamcast died. Sonic games and SEGA games have been on the Gamecube and GBA since the beginning of its life. And the VC has always had Master System and Genesis games (among other competition systems). The 3DS VC is getting Game Gear and TG-16 games.

Considering 3DS is getting both NES and Turbografx-16 games, i would think that idea is now null and void. It has both handheld and console games.
NEVER judge a game you have not played.
