Why does Nintendo Video keep saying videos are new when they are not?

Mine did that a few times with "What is Nintendo Video?"

It really is such a useless feature. I thought they were going to do something along the lines of their weekly show on Wii (not that that's great or anything), but this is such a lazy effort on their part. I know folks say that a lot about Nintendo, but with this feature I truly get the impression they just don't care.

It's not just the content though, it's the whole system. Downloading videos from the eshop (E3 videos and the Green Lantern trailer) worked much better:

-I could download them when I wanted.
-I could pick the ones I wanted.
-I never had to delete them.
-I wasn't limited to 3 at a time (Floating text that says nothing of relevance is not a video)
-I'm not told "NEW CONTENT" only to discover no new content..
