I mean, it's not a bad game by any stretch. It's even kind of okay. It has a solid premise, and while it starts off slow, there's a level of satisfaction involved in clearing levels.

I enjoy it. It doesn't seem to have much depth to it but I didn't expect it too.

I agree. It was the last game I chose to play since I figured it would be one of the weakest but I left kinda surprised after playing a few mins.

I said it somewhere in another thread, but it's only really fun if you set the level and speed up. It just starts out much too slowly.

It's satisfying when you do big Yoshi sandwiches and plan out your placements so it doesn't get in your way. But I do have a bias against it. It was my least favorite title on the NES and the GB.

Agreed.

It's a pretty fun game. And the pick up and play style definitely fits for a handheld.

I don't like tetris or tetris clones, but I actually like Yoshi quite a bit (even though it is sort of the opposite of tetris, it still feels enough like tetris that I throw it in there with the rest). Heck, I just plain don't like puzzle games in general and I find Yoshi to keep my attention. Definitely a decent game to pass the time, which is just what I need until Star Fox 64 3D comes out.

Have you tried Puzzle League? I have liked that one since I played Tetris Attack way back on SNES. Unfortunately, the downloadable version in the shop seems to have done away with the multiplayer entirely, which is head-scratchingly bad, considering the downloadable version of Tetris itself has a crap-ton of people playing it (almost unfortunately: I thought I was awesome at Tetris since I could play endless almost forever and keep it on pretty much instantaneous speeds almost indefinitely, but once I go online I run into a whole new level of incredibly skilled players).
